Tender Description

The Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, West Lahore (Pakistan Customs) is procuring office stationery items for its operations in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to supply a comprehensive range of stationery articles to support the department's administrative functions. The technical scope includes supply of various stationery items such as A4 and legal size paper reams, Uniball Signo pens in multiple colors, ballpoint pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, steel scales, highlighters, whitener fluid, gum sticks, dak folders, file covers and tags, paper pins, common pins, thumb pins, paper clips, stamp pads, heavy duty and simple staplers with pins, pin openers, markers, colored flags, envelopes, file flappers, scotch tape, binding ropes, and office stationery desk organizers. All items must meet fine quality standards as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and other relevant authorities, and comply with the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bidders should have relevant experience and be capable of timely delivery within 21 days of contract award. The submission deadline is Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 1:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a pay order physically at the specified address before the deadline. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and to carefully prepare the technical and financial bids in accordance with the fixed price and specifications.
