Purchase of Other General, Electric, Carpenter, Sanitary and Paint Items

The National Accountability Bureau, Lahore invites bids for the purchase of Other General, Electric, Carpenter, Sanitary and Paint Items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under PPRA Rules 2004, 36 (a) Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Items being procured include Other General items, Electric items, Carpenter items, Sanitary items, and Paint items. Bidders must submit their bids through EPADS v2.0 by 09.10.2026 till 1100 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to participate. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active taxpayers (ATL) of FBR. An earnest money of 3% amounting to Rs. 150,000/- refundable in the form of CDR, demand draft, or pay order in favor of Additional Director (Admn) NAB Lahore is required before the tender opening, otherwise bids will be rejected. Tender documents can be downloaded from EPADS v2.0, PPRA, and NAB websites. Technically qualified and most advantageous successful bidders will supply the items to NAB Lahore during the whole Financial Year 2026-27 as per specifications in bidding documents. Bidders must clearly mention brand names and rates including all applicable taxes for each item. Samples of quoted items are mandatory to provide on or before the closing date. The NAB Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your samples are submitted timely and your bid includes all required tax registrations and earnest money to avoid disqualification.
