Purchase of Petty Article Items, Generic Consumable and Life Saving Medical Supplies (Oxygen Gas) for Taluka Hospital K N Shah

The Medical Superintendent of Taluka Hospital K N Shah invites sealed tenders from interested contractors, firms, suppliers, manufacturers, sole agents, and distributors who meet eligibility criteria including valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) where applicable. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority. This tender is for the procurement of petty article items, generic consumables, and life-saving medical supplies including oxygen gas for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Petty Article Items (Other Miscellaneous) - Generic Consumable - Life Saving Medical Supplies (Oxygen Gas) The procurement will follow the single stage one envelope procedure as per the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rule 46(1) 2010, amended to date. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent Taluka Hospital K N Shah or downloaded from the SPPRA website and EPAD system upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2500. The tender fee must be deposited at the office of the undersigned and receipt shown at the time of bid submission. Bidders are required to submit a 2% earnest money (refundable) in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Medical Superintendent Taluka Hospital K N Shah. The earnest money must be deposited before the tender opening deadline. The bids will be opened on 13-10-2026 at 12:30 pm in the presence of contractors or their representatives. In case of unforeseen closure of the office on the tender opening date or government-declared holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Conditional or unaccompanied bids without earnest money will not be considered. All bids should be in Pakistani Rupees. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010, amended to date, and may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance of any bid or proposal under Rule 25 of SPPRA Rules. Bidders should carefully ensure their earnest money and tender fee payments are properly documented and submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
