Tender Description
The Crime Control Department Multan Region invites sealed tenders from well reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and Punjab Revenue Authority for procurement of various items for the Regional Officer, CCD Multan. Items being procured include:

- Purchase/Repair of Parts of Government Vehicles
The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) through Open Competitive Bidding using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes combined in a single package. The bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab Procurement System software by 03.09.2026 up to 10:30 A.M. Technical and Financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of the procurement committee and representatives of participating firms.
Eligibility requires firms to be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority. Earnest Money (Bid Security) of Rs. 600,000 (3% of estimated cost) is mandatory. All rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Late bids will be rejected. The entire process will follow PPRA Rules 2014 (amended).
