Tender Description
The Deputy Conservator of Forests Sahiwal Forest Division invites bids for the purchase of plants under the replenishment cost for the year 2026-2027. This procurement is specific to the area along DM Road from KM 06 to KM 50, including Medina 42 AV.KM and Left Right Side 54 AV. KM. The tender is open to sales tax and income tax registered firms who are active taxpayers.

The technical scope includes supply and planting of these plants along the specified road stretch with 25% restocking. The plants must meet the specified height, girth, and pot size requirements. The contractor will supply items at Tehsil and District Vehari as directed by the Deputy Conservator of Forests Sahiwal. The tender requires a 5% earnest money deposit (bid security) online or submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at least 30 minutes before bid opening. The tender follows a single stage, single envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 Section 38(1).
