Purchase of Polythene Tubes, Silt Cost, and Seedling for Punjab Forest Department Rajanpur

The Punjab Forest Department invites tenders for the procurement of essential forestry items in Rajanpur Forest Division under the Non-Development Budget for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is open to Income Tax and General Sales Tax registered firms, contractors, nursery owners, and suppliers with active status for the year 2026-27 as per PPRA E-Tendering System and PPRA Rules (amended and updated). Items being procured: - Purchase of polythene tubes 10" X 12" (4267 Kg) - Cost of silt including loading, unloading, and carriage at site (146666 Cft) - Purchase of seedling (266666 No.) The detailed specifications are available in the bidding document. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system (E.P) where bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all applicable taxes without any separate breakdown. Firms blacklisted or debarred by PPRA Punjab are not eligible. All bidders are required to deposit a bid security CDR equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost via 1Link/Online Bank Transfer against the generated PSID and attach the paid slip with the tender documents. Manual CDRs and performance guarantees are not acceptable. After bid submission, bidders may attend the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Rajanpur on 05-11-2026 at 02:00 PM for bid opening and rate announcement. Successful bidders must deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount via banking app at the time of contract award. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected.
