Supply of Stone Seed, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Tool Implements and Fencing Material for Agriculture Department Diamer

Agriculture Department Diamer invites sealed tenders from relevant suppliers and contractors for supply of agricultural inputs to the District Diamer. Items being procured: - Supply of Stone Seed & Root Stock (Lot A) - Supply of Fertilizers (Chemical, FYM), Pesticides, Insecticides, Weedicides & Mulching Material (Lot B) - Supply of Tool Implements, Farm Mini Machinery, Equipment and Fencing Material (Lot C) Tender documents containing details of items with specifications, quantities, terms and conditions will be available from the date of publication during working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture Diamer Chilas after receipt of tender document fee in cash against each lot. Sealed quotations must reach the office by 3rd November 2026 at 11:00 am and will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in presence of bidders or their representatives. Only registered firms/suppliers with up-to-date renewal from relevant competent authority are eligible. Income tax and other duties will be deducted as per government rules. Supply orders will be issued based on fund availability; quantities may vary. Quotations must be accompanied by 3% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security in favor of Deputy Director Agriculture Diamer. Unrealistic rates compared to market rates and incomplete bids will be rejected. Single stage one envelope procedure will be adopted. The procurement committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per GBPRA rules. Bidders can quote for one or multiple lots; evaluation and award will be on lot basis. Bidders must submit bids on their business letterheads duly signed and stamped on all pages.
