Tender Description
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) invites bids for the purchase of printing items specifically for the Gujranwala Zone. This procurement is managed by the HR & Admin Department located in Gujranwala, Punjab. The tender covers a comprehensive list of printing materials including attendance sheets, vouchers, confidential reports, claim forms, envelopes, policy documents, and various other printed forms essential for the operational needs of the Gujranwala Zone.
Bidders must be registered firms with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and should have offices in Lahore and Gujranwala. The procurement follows the PPRA rules under a single stage-single envelope procedure via the EPADS system. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR amounting to 2% of the estimated value is mandatory. The bid security must be submitted physically before the bid opening date to avoid rejection.
The tender closing date is set for 10th June 2026 at 10:00 a.m., with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 a.m. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by the deadline. The delivery of items will be at the State Life Building on G.T. Road, Gujranwala. Successful bidders will be required to provide samples of each item for approval and submit a performance guarantee of 5% in the form of a bank guarantee valid for the warranty period.
Firms should ensure they comply with all government taxes and maintain bid validity for at least 30 days from the bid opening date. It is advisable for bidders to carefully review the sample items at the Zonal Office during working hours before submission. This will help avoid any discrepancies and ensure compliance with tender specifications, increasing the chances of successful award.
