The District Police Office Rajanpur is inviting electronic bids for the purchase and provision of various miscellaneous items and services under framework contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at supporting the operational and administrative needs of the police department in Rajanpur, Punjab. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab Electronic Procurement System (EPADS) in accordance with PPRA Rules and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2022. Items being procured: - Crime Scene Items - Hot & Cold - Repair of Machinery - Repair of Furniture - Electricity Items - Ordinance Store - Cost of Other Store - Cost of Other Store Other - Purchase of Medicine - Advertisement - Charaghan - Hardware & Equipment - Software Equipment - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Transport - Purchase of POL (Mobil Oil) - Purchase of Plant & Machinery - Purchase of Furniture - IT Equipment - Tent & Paul - Bed & Boxes - Road Safety - Other - Sports Items - Repair & Maintenance of Police Buildings The scope covers a wide range of goods and services including repair works, purchase of machinery, furniture, IT and software equipment, transport, POL, stationery, and building maintenance. The procurement process requires bidders to submit a single package containing both technical and financial bids online via EPADS. Earnest money in the form of 3% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted in the shape of CDR, bank guarantee, or demand draft in favor of the District Police Officer Rajanpur before the bid submission deadline. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with relevant authorities, NTN, and active tax status with FBR. Experience in similar procurement and PEC registration where applicable will be advantageous. The bids will be opened on 28th July 2026 at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The financial bids will be evaluated on the basis of the cumulative total cost quoted by the bidder, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
