Purchase of RPC Manhole Cover Sets with 100% Recycled Plastic Composite Material for WASA Gujranwala

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Gujranwala invites bids from Manufacturer / Authorized Dealer / Supplier registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR and PRA (having Active Filer NTN and PNTN) for the purchase of RPC Manhole Cover Sets manufactured with 100% Recycled Plastic Composite Material (Black & Grey Color with WASA Monogram engraved) for WASA Gujranwala. Items being procured: - RPC Manhole Cover Sets with 100% Recycled Plastic Composite Material (Black & Grey Color with WASA Monogram engraved) The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must submit bids online on the Punjab e-procurement system before 12-11-2026, not later than 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The digital bid security/e-Bid Security for an amount of 3% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 2,589,369/- in favor of WASA Gujranwala shall be verifiable on the Punjab e-procurement system. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Bidders must upload PDF files on the Punjab e-procurement system as per Regulation-6(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024. The procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024. The procuring agency may reject bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Rule-35). Bids submitted through Punjab e-procurement system only will be considered. Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures and words and tenders should be signed as per general directions in the tender documents. If the last date of submission falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline. Bidders are required to quote rates against each entry/item of DNIT/BOQs in their financial bids. Bids will be valid for 120 days.
