Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the tender instructions and submitted electronically on or before 22 September 2026 by 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
