Purchase of Stationery & Computer Stationery Items

The Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Islamabad (Pakistan Customs) invites sealed bids for the Purchase of Stationery & Computer Stationery Items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under reference number P159282 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Monday, November 2, 2026 at 11:30 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Items being procured include: - Photocopier Paper (A4 and Legal Size) - Note Sheet Pads with Customs Logo - Various types of Pens (Uni Ball Vision Elite, Signo Gel, Ball Point Piano/Picasso) - LED Pencils, Sharpeners, Rubbers - Paper Clips, Dispatch Registers, File Covers with Customs Logo - Single Hole Punch, Gum Sticks, Envelopes of various sizes printed with Customs Logo - Highlighters, Adhesive Flags, Peon Books, File Tags, Registers, Stock Registers - File Binders, Stapler Machines and Pins, Calculators, Stamp Pads, Dak Pads - Paper Cutters, Paper Pins, Markers, Writing Pads, Scales, Scotch Tapes and Dispensers - Immediate Flags (Pakistan and Customs), Confidential Red Seals - Colour Paper, Movement Registers, Whitener, White Boards, Pen Holders, Notice Boards - Rulled Registers, Short Hand Books, File Flappers, Heavy Duty Staplers and Punch Machines - Water Dumpers, Box Files, Permanent Markers Computer Stationery Items include: - HDMI Cables, RAM DDR5 16GB 5600 - USB Printer Data Cables, Power Cables for Computers - HP Printer Toners (various models), Toners for Colour Printers and Photocopiers - Wi-Fi Keyboards and Mice (Dell or equivalent), Wi-Fi Routers - Mouse Pads, External Hard Drives (1TB and 2TB), Portable SSDs 2TB - USB Drives (16GB and 64GB), 8-Port Switch 100/100 Mbps The technical scope covers supply of high-quality stationery and computer accessories suitable for official use at the Collectorate of Customs in Islamabad. Bidders must comply with specifications and provide samples if required. Eligibility criteria include active tax registration with FBR and valid NADRA citizenship documentation. Bid security of PKR 80,000 is required in the form of a Pay Order. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. Original bid security must be submitted physically at 1st Floor, Custom House, Mauve Area, Sector G-9/2, Islamabad before the bid submission deadline. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and upload all required documents well before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
