Purchase of Stationery Items for Gujranwala Zone

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) invites sealed financial bids for the purchase of stationery items specifically for the Gujranwala Zone. This procurement is managed by the HR & Admin Department located in Gujranwala. The scope includes a wide range of stationery such as ball points in various colors, basket trays, box files, carbon paper, calculators, dustbins, duster, scales, gum sticks, glass tumblers, ink bottles, jugs, pencils, markers, highlighters, paper clips, paper cutters, pin removers, punching machines, marble tables, rubber bands, staplers, scotch tapes, tissue papers, detergent powder, ribbons, legal size reams, frankling machine ink, and packing tape among others. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and have offices preferably in Lahore and Gujranwala. They must also be registered on the PPRA e-procurement system (EPADS). A bid security of 2% of the estimated value in the form of bank draft, pay order, or CDR is mandatory. The bids will be submitted electronically via email and must be received by 16th June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The financial bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 5% performance guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee valid for the warranty period. The delivery of items will be at the State Life Insurance Corporation building on G.T. Road, Gujranwala. Bidders should ensure all government taxes are included in their bids. The bids must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of bid opening. Samples of each item must be provided at the bidder's own cost for approval by the Zonal Procurement Committee. Failure to supply items as per purchase order will result in forfeiture of bid security.
