Purchase of Stationery, Computer Stationery (Toner), Miscellaneous Items, Machinery and Furniture

The Excise and Taxation Department Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed tenders from reputed firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the purchase of various office and machinery items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for Islamabad and covers a range of stationery, computer stationery (toner), miscellaneous items, machinery, and furniture. Bidders must quote item-wise rates clearly in the financial proposal. The bid security is Rs. 1,000,000 or 2% of quoted bids, refundable, payable to the Excise and Taxation Officer Islamabad. Technical proposals without bid security will be rejected. The financial bid will only be opened for technically qualified bidders. All bidders must provide professional tax registration certificates and be registered on the EPADS portal. The tender closing date is 07-08-2026 at 11:00 hrs, with opening at 14:30 hrs the same day. Bids must be valid until 30-06-2027. Submission must be in a single package containing two envelopes marked TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
