Tender Description
The Office of the Municipal Committee Sanjavi is procuring machinery including an 85 HP tractor, front end loader, and mini tipper under the fund purchase of machinery from the Special/Additional Grant for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement is specifically for the Municipal Committee Sanjavi in Balochistan. The technical scope involves supply and delivery of heavy machinery suitable for municipal operations, ensuring quality and compliance with the required specifications.
Eligible bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of PKR 15,000,000 in the last three years. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List and possess a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Additionally, bidders must have a Quetta-based 3S dealership facility and a mobile workshop. A fresh authorization letter from the manufacturer is required. The bid security must be submitted as a Deposit at Call of 2% from a scheduled bank.
Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is **13 May 2026 till 10:00 AM** through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be held the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system. Submission must be electronic only.
