Bidders must deposit 5% Earnest Money of the quoted value in the form of Deposit at Call in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer. This earnest money will be refunded upon satisfactory completion of supplies or guarantee period if the supply order is awarded. Unsuccessful bidders will have their earnest money released once the case is finalized. Tenders without earnest money will be rejected. The validity of rates must be 90 days.
