Purchase of Veterinary Medicines by Pakistan Rangers (Punjab)

Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of Veterinary Medicines for the fiscal year 2026-27, with funds reserved up to 30 June 2027. The procurement covers two lots of veterinary medicines: Lot No - 1 with 80 items estimated at 2.5 Million PKR and Lot No - 2 with 60 items also estimated at 2.5 Million PKR, totaling 140 items worth Rs. 5 Million. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal only; manual or hardcopy bids will not be accepted. The procurement will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related guidelines. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 by or before Thursday, 3 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Original CDRs must be submitted before 11:00 AM on the closing date. Each firm must deposit 2% earnest money in favor of Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore, refundable upon acceptance. Successful bidders will deposit 5% of the total tender cost as security in favor of Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Securities Fund, refundable after 30 June 2027.
