Purchase of Vocalise & Biometrics, Fauxdio Detector, Lab Equipment, Freezer, and Hardware for Forensic Science Laboratory

The Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA), Home Department, Lahore, invites E-Procurement bids from sales tax, income tax, and PRA registered firms for the supply of goods for the Forensic Science Laboratory located at Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. Items being procured: - Purchase of Vocalise & Biometrics & Fauxdio Detector WITH Computer Workstation System - Purchase of Different Lab. Equipment and Freezer - Purchase of Hardware for Different Sections The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's E-Procurement system only. Interested firms must register on the E-Procurement portal to be eligible for participation. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The technical and financial proposals must be prepared as per the tender instructions and submitted electronically on or before 24.09.2026 at 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hours on the E-Procurement portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. Bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and documentation requirements including valid sales tax, income tax, and PRA registration certificates. Earnest money and bid security details are as per the tender documents. PFSA reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
