Tender Description
The District Headquarters Teaching Hospital Mardan invites sealed tenders/quotations for the contract of supplying all Drugs, Medicine, Surgical, Disposable & Non-Drugs items registered with the Drugs Regularity Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) for the year 2026-2027. Items being procured:
- Purchase of Zakat & Bait Ul Mal Medicine
The procurement will be conducted through the E-PADS online system, with the original call deposit to be submitted via registered post to the office of the Medical Superintendent. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the highest discount. The successful bidder must ensure timely supply of medicine to the Main Pharmacy of the hospital according to demand. No medicine will be accepted without prior permission. Non-registered suppliers risk contract cancellation. Supply shall commence immediately and continue without interruption. Bills will be submitted monthly to the account section. All items must be signed off by the Medical Superintendent, Ward Incharge & Incharge Pharmacist as per patient need. The shop will remain open 24 hours for emergency supply. Successful bidders must provide home and shop telephone numbers to the main pharmacy. Blacklisted firms will not be considered.
The quotation must be uploaded on or before 29-09-2026 by 10:00 AM. The original call deposit must reach the office by the same deadline and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Prices will remain valid until 30-06-2027. Successful bidders shall execute the agreement on judicial stamp papers worth Rs.100/-, accepting all terms and conditions.
This tender is specific to Mardan and requires compliance with Drug Act 1976 and DRAP registration. Bidders should ensure earnest money (call deposit) is submitted correctly and on time. The use of E-PADS online system is mandatory for submission. For best results, bidders should prepare all documentation in advance and confirm registration status with DRAP before bidding.
