Tender Description
The Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Murree is procuring PVMS, NIVI, NIF bulk local purchase items, lab kits, and electro medical accessories for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to Murree and aims to ensure the hospital is stocked with essential medicines, surgical disposables, and medical accessories required for patient care and hospital operations.
The technical scope includes supply of medicines with trade and generic names clearly indicated, lab kits, and electro medical accessories. All medicines must be genuine, registered with the Ministry of Health Pakistan, and free from physician samples, fake medicines, expired or short-life drugs. Surgical disposables should have a fresh batch with at least 80% shelf life remaining. The supplier must provide valid drug licenses and certificates under the Chemist/Druggist Act of 1976. The tender requires submission of two separate envelopes containing the financial proposal and technical proposal, clearly marked to avoid confusion.
Eligibility criteria include valid Drug License, NTN, Professional Tax Certificate, and registration with FBR and ATL. The supplier must not be blacklisted by any government authority. The earnest money deposit of PKR 50,000 is required from successful bidders and will be returned after the end of the financial year 2026-27. Payment will be made through Controller Military Accounts Rawalpindi.
The submission deadline is seven days from the publish date or as specified by the department, with bids to be submitted at CMH Murree. Suppliers should ensure all required documents such as CNIC copies, bank statements of last six months, and authorized distributor certificates are attached in sequence.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the technical proposal with all required documents and ensure the financial bid is sealed separately. This avoids disqualification due to incomplete or improperly marked submissions. Attention to detail in compliance with tender terms will improve chances of success.
