Tender Description
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for the procurement of Qmatic and token receipt printer rolls intended for citizen facilitation and service centers (CFSC) across Punjab. This procurement is part of a framework contract (EGOV-03) aimed at supporting the operational needs of multiple service centers throughout the province, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to the public.
The technical scope includes supplying high-quality printer rolls compatible with Qmatic systems and token receipt printers used in various CFSCs. The procurement covers a significant volume to meet the ongoing demand across Punjab, with materials to be delivered as per the contract terms. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents, which are available online.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar items to government or large-scale service providers will be advantageous. Although the estimated cost is below PKR 5 million, bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a CDR as specified in the tender documents. The submission process requires separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed, and stamped.
The tender documents must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) website by 1100 hours on 6th July 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. Interested suppliers should visit www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk for the amended tender documents and further details.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the corrigendum and ensure all required documents are uploaded correctly on the EPADS portal before the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. Timely preparation and adherence to the technical bid requirements will enhance the chances of successful participation in this procurement.
