The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (PSPC) in Karachi, Sindh, is procuring a comprehensive QR Coding System for packing ID cards, including the supply, installation, and commissioning services. This turnkey solution aims to enhance traceability across packaging levels, from small boxes containing 500 cards to pallets holding multiple boxes, with labels printed as per GS1 standards. The project scope includes hardware such as industrial standard QR code printers, hand-held terminals, smart racks, barcode printers, readers, sensors, and software fully compatible with PSPC's existing ERP system. The vendor is responsible for all mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation works, including LAN cabling and integration with PSPC's IT infrastructure. The system must ensure IT security with role-based user access and maintain electronic logs. A mandatory two-week hyper care period after deployment is required for support and issue resolution. The warranty period is 12 months covering all hardware, software, and consumables.
