Rehabilitation of Roads and Drainage Works in Qasimabad, Hyderabad by Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the rehabilitation and construction of roads and drainage systems in Qasimabad, Hyderabad. The works include the rehabilitation of the road from Alamdar Chowk to Naseem Nagar Chowk along with drainage on both sides, and the rehabilitation of the road from Naseem Nagar Chowk to Sehrish Nagar on one side. The tender requires valid PEC registration in relevant categories CE01, CE09, CE10, CE11(i), CE11(ii), and CE11(vii), along with NTN and SRB active taxpayer status, and ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) or internationally recognized equivalents. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Shaikh Ayaz Road from Sindh Museum to Ali Palace Pumping Station with storm water drain (both sides) - Rehabilitation of road from Fateh Chowk to Kalu Chowk and Old Sabzi Mandi Chowk to Muhammadi Chowk via Badin Stop with storm water drain - Rehabilitation of road from Alamdar Chowk to Naseem Nagar Chowk with drainage (both sides) - Rehabilitation of road from Naseem Nagar Chowk to Sehrish Nagar (one side) - Rehabilitation of road from Giddu Chowk to Ya Ali Colony Giddu Naka via Mir Fateh Colony and Mehran Oil Mills near Pathan Goth Giddu Naka with storm water drain and pump house - Upgradation, rehabilitation, and construction of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Sports Ground at Gidu Chowk The technical scope includes cold milling of existing road surfaces, preparation of base course with stone metal, surface dressing with bitumen and crushed bajri, asphalt concrete wearing course, kerb stone fixing, road marking with thermo plastic paint, and installation of reflectorised road studs. Additionally, RCC drains, pump houses, electric pole shifting, and street lighting works are included. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC license, NTN and SRB registration, ISO certifications, affidavit of no blacklisting, technical proposal submission, and bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) with original tender fee and bid security submitted physically before bid opening. The bid opening will be held on 30th October 2026 at 12:00 noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The contract completion period is 24 months with a defect liability period of 12 months. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
