Rehabilitation of Road from Giddu Chowk to Ya Ali Colony Giddu Naka via Mir Fateh Colony and Mehran Oil Mills Near Pathan Goth Giddu Naka along with Storm Water Drain and Pump House, Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the rehabilitation of road from Giddu Chowk to Ya Ali Colony Giddu Naka via Mir Fateh Colony and Mehran Oil Mills near Pathan Goth Giddu Naka along with storm water drain and pump house in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to have valid PEC certificates in relevant categories CE01, CE09, CE10, CE11(i), CE11(ii), and CE11(vii), along with NTN and SRB registration, ISO certifications, and an affidavit of no blacklisting. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of road including cold milling, base course preparation, surface dressing, asphalt concrete wearing course, kerb stone fixing, thermo plastic paint pavement marking, and reflectorised road studs - Construction of RCC drain nala including excavation, cement concrete, steel reinforcement, and reinforced concrete work - Shifting of electric poles including dismantling, transportation, and re-erection - Disposal of drainage including pump house, RCC collecting tank, MS screen, pen stock gate, steel grated door, PE pipes, and pumping sets - Installation of transformer 100 KVA - Provision and maintenance of engineer's vehicles and motorcycles The technical scope covers all civil works, electrical installations, and associated infrastructure as per the detailed bill of quantities and specifications. The contract duration is 24 months with a bid validity of 90 days. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) and provide a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee. Tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of a pay order is required. Performance security of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, NTN and SRB active taxpayer status, ISO certifications, experience of similar works in urban areas, financial capacity, and submission of all required documents. Technical evaluation is based on a point system with a minimum qualifying score of 80 out of 100. Bids will be opened on 30 October 2026 at 12:00 noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. Manual bids are not accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
