Tender Description
The Irrigation Department Sindh, through the Office of the Executive Engineer Thar Division Mirpurkhas, invites bids for the comprehensive civil works project titled Raising and Strengthening Banks along Lower Nara Canal, including Stone Pitching, Stone Apron, and Desilting along the Lower Nara Canal. This project is located in Mirpurkhas, Sindh, and is funded by the Government of Sindh with an estimated cost of **PKR 399.2 Million**. The procurement follows the National Competitive Bidding method under SPPRA Rules 2010.
Items being procured:
- Earth work along Lower Nara Canal at multiple chainages
- Strengthening of banks by providing stone pitching and stone apron at specified RD points along Upper and Lower Nara Canal
- Desilting of Lower Nara Canal from RD 380 to 490
- De-silting along Old Jamrao from RD 120+00 to 195+00
The technical scope includes earthworks, stone pitching with hammer dressed stones, formation and dressing of subgrade, borrow pit excavation, carriage of materials, compaction, jungle clearance, and desilting operations.
