Rate Running Contract for Improvement of Landscaping at Different Locations of Red Zone & Directorate of Environment (East)

The Envirnoment Directorate (Capital Development Aurhority (CDA)) Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for a Rate Running Contract for Improvement of Landscaping at Different Locations of Red Zone & Directorate of Environment (East). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance landscaping through various horticultural and civil works at multiple sites within the Red Zone and Directorate of Environment (East). Items being procured: - Clearing and Grubbing (401.01 Per 1000 Sft) - Turfing slopes of banks or lawns with grass sods including ploughing, laying, setting and watering (600.02 Per 100 Sft) - Turfing slopes of banks or lawns with grass sods excluding cost of turf (566.69 Per 100 Sft) - Turfing lawns excluding cost of turf (3400.12 Per 100 Sft) - Supplying, stacking and spreading/dressing of approved garden soil in 2 inch thickness (66402.32 Cft) - Supplying, stacking/spreading of cow dung manure in 1 inch thickness (33201.16 Cft) - Supply & fixing of large size concrete planters (120 Each) - Manufacturing, designing, supply & fixing of medium size concrete planters (120 Each) - Supply & fixing of small size concrete planters (120 Each) - Providing & planting Cassia nodosa in 18'' pot (350 Each) - Providing & planting seasonal flowers in 5'' pot (200000 Each) - Providing & planting shady/flowering/evergreen trees in 18'' pot/bag (2800 Each) - Providing & planting different types of shrubs in 18'' pot/bag (2827 Each) - Providing & placing indoor plants in 18'' pot (2600 Each) The scope includes turfing, soil preparation, planting of trees, shrubs, seasonal flowers, and indoor plants, as well as supply and installation of concrete planters. All works must be performed as per approved quality standards and directions by the site in-charge. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC works bylaws and be registered with FBR and other relevant authorities. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required. The contract will be awarded through a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
