Annual Rate Contract for Ration, Dry Ration, Fresh Ration, and Medicines for District Jail Hangu 2026-27

District Jail Hangu invites bids for the annual rate contract for the supply of ration, dry ration, fresh ration, and medicines for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost for this procurement is Rs. 3,000,000. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA and submit their bids through the E-Procurement system (EPADS) at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. The deadline for bid submission is 7 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Items being procured: - Ration (general food supplies for inmates) - Dry ration (non-perishable food items) - Fresh ration (perishable food items such as vegetables, fruits, dairy, etc.) - Medicines (various pharmaceutical and medical supplies for jail inmates) The technical scope includes the supply and timely delivery of quality food items and medicines as per the requirements of District Jail Hangu. All items must comply with the relevant health and safety standards. Bidders must ensure that the supplied medicines are from registered pharmaceutical companies and have valid expiry dates. Food items must be fresh and meet the nutritional standards set by the jail administration. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA and possess a valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration. Earnest Money at 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of Superintendent District Jail Hangu. Only bids submitted through the EPADS portal will be accepted. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Guarantee at 5 percent of the contract value.
