National Radio Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur, invites sealed bids from reputable firms, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of various miscellaneous items and services to be delivered at Police Lines, Peshawar. The procurement includes repair and service charges for Inverter AC (1.5 Ton), supply and installation of LED backlit ceiling panel lights (2x2, 48w) with blue strip lights, new ceiling and roof repair works, logo and poster designing including floor vinyl for NRTC/KP Police, and miscellaneous works such as main structure and items for rent backdrop, wooden structure, paint finish reception area bar stools, paint finish installation, and dismantling at site. Items being procured: - Inverter AC Invertor (1.5 Ton) Repair / Services charges (2 Nos) - Ceiling Lights 2x2 LED backlit ceiling panel light 48w and blue strip lights with installation (1 No) - New ceiling and roof repair (1 No) - Designing work including logo and poster designing, floor vinyl, NRTC/KP Police logo etc. (1 No) - Miscellaneous work including main structure/misc items for rent backdrop, wooden structure, paint finish reception area bar stools, paint finish installation and dismantling at site (1 No) The tender process will be conducted through EPADS 2.0 Version on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with FBR and provide a bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of NRTC Haripur. The bid security scanned copy must be uploaded through EPADS. Prices should be quoted in PKR, with taxes mentioned separately. Standard warranty applies.
