Pre-Qualification and Registration of Local Suppliers for Supply of Ration Items FY 2027-28

The Pakistan Air Force, Headquarters Federal Air Command, invites applications for pre-qualification and registration of reputable, well-experienced, financially sound, and income tax-registered local suppliers and contractors for the supply of ration items for the Financial Year 2027-28. The procurement is for various PAF bases including Islamabad, Nur Khan (Rawalpindi), Kalabagh (Nathia Gali), Lower Topa (Murree), and Loger Units. Interested parties may apply on company or firm letterhead from 28 September to 2 October 2026 during working hours at the Directorate of POL & Ration, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Atta Group: Atta, Suji & Saviya - Cooking Oil: Cooking Oil (Canola) - Pulses Group: White Chana, Chana Mash, Daal Moong, Daal Masoor, Red Bean, Mash & Basin - Rice Group: Rice Super Basmati, Rice Saila (Basmati) - Tea Group: Black Tea, Green Tea - Dairy Group: Milk Powder, Tea Whitener - Condiment Group: Salt, Pepper, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Tamarind, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Black Pepper - Misc Group: Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Potato, Ice, Salt, Squash, (Lemon) - Fresh Ration: Mutton, Beef, Chicken, Broiler, Fish, Eggs - Fruit Group: Seasonal - Vegetable Group: Seasonal - Bakery Group: Bread, Butter (as required) Supplies must be delivered to the specified PAF bases. Applicants must provide owner/partner details, company profile, CNIC, partnership deed, registration certificates, NTN, GST, bank statements, and details of similar contracts. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained. Only pre-qualified suppliers will be eligible to participate in future tenders for ration supply during FY 2027-28. The deadline for submission is 2 October 2026. Applications must be submitted in person at the Directorate of POL & Ration, Islamabad, or at the relevant PAF base contact points listed in the notice.
