Tender Description
This tender invites reputable and financially sound local suppliers and contractors in Lahore to pre-qualify and register for supplying a wide range of ration items to Pakistan Air Force Bases and Central Air Command. The scope includes dry and fresh items such as semolina, vermicelli, grinding services of wheat, condiments, lentil seeds, various flours, rice, cooking oil, milk powder, sugar, tea leaves, green tea, meat, vegetables, fruits, salt, ice, firewood, and bread. The supply chain will support multiple PAF bases, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
Applicants must provide detailed company profiles, financial stability proofs, tax registration certificates, and evidence of prior work experience with government institutions, especially military entities. The procurement process demands strict adherence to documentation, including CNIC copies, bank certificates, and affidavits confirming the authenticity of submitted information. The tender emphasizes transparency and technical compliance, with applications submitted in sealed envelopes marked clearly for pre-qualification.
Bidders should ensure they meet all Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category requirements and maintain valid FBR/ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. This is crucial for eligibility and smooth processing. The department reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on technical grounds, so thoroughness in submission is key.
The submission deadline is set for 24 February 2026 by 1300 hours, with applications collected from 26 January 2026 during office hours. The physical submission address is the office of the Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Central Air Command, PAF Lahore. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to double-check the newspaper advertisement for specific Earnest Money or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) requirements, as these are often overlooked but critical for application acceptance.
