Public Improvement Works These works involve civil construction, drainage, water supply pipe laying, road resurfacing, and maintenance of public infrastructure within the cantonment area. Contractors must submit bids in separate sealed envelopes containing Technical and Financial Proposals as per the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004.
