The scope includes demolition of hazardous structures, rebuilding with approved materials, and compliance with safety standards. The work is to be completed within 75 days from the commencement date. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC under category C-A and must submit a bid security of Rs. 30,822,000 online via the Punjab e-procurement system.
