The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director Works WASA situated at 316-A Shamsabad Colony WASA Head Office Multan. A bid security/e-bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 2,616,794) is required in favor of WASA Multan and must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for the opening of financial bids. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total contract amount within the time specified by the procuring agency.
