Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director Works WASA located at 316-A Shamsabad Colony WASA Head Office Multan. Eligibility criteria require bidders to provide a digital Bid Security/E-Bid Security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost in favor of WASA Multan, verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total contract amount. Only bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be considered. Bidders are advised to quote their rates against each entry/item of the DNIT/BOQs in their financial bids. The bids shall remain valid for 120 days.
