Tender Description
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders for the reclamation of damaged irreparable transformers at the 132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. This procurement is specifically for registered or pre-qualified firms with a proven track record in manufacturing new transforming and reclaiming damaged irreparable transformers in accordance with WAPDA/PEPCO specifications (DDS84:2020 amended to date).
Items being procured:
- 100-KVA transformers (Qty: 200 units) with new parts including complete replacement of elliptical tubes and other components as per WAPDA/PEPCO specifications.
The technical scope involves reclaiming transformers with new parts of 100-KVA capacity, ensuring compliance with the latest WAPDA/PEPCO standards. The transformers must be free of any foreign exchange and delivered free at the Regional Store GEPCO, 132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad. The site is located in Gujranwala, Punjab.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered or pre-qualified with a sound track record in transformer manufacturing or reclamation. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR Government of Pakistan. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Guarantee/CDR valid for 150 days issued by any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is mandatory. Conditional tenders or tenders without Bid Guarantee will be rejected.

Bids must be submitted through E-PADs and manual bids also submitted to the office of the Regional Manager (M&T) GEPCO Gujranwala, 132 KV Grid Station Shaheenabad.
