Reclamation and Replacement of Damaged 200-KVA Irreparable Distribution Transformers

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders for the reclamation and replacement of undermentioned damaged irreparable transformers. This procurement is based on a single stage one envelope bidding procedure from registered and pre-qualified firms with a sound track record for manufacturing new transforming or reclaiming damaged irreparable transformers with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA as per WAPDA specifications (amended to date). Delivery is required free at Regional Store GEPCO, 132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Reclamation and replacement of damaged parts with new parts of 200-KVA irreparable damaged distribution transformers having less cores, nil oil, less copper, damaged tubes, defective bodies, and some other components - Complete replacement of elliptical tubes as per WAPDA/PEPCO specifications DDS84:2020 (Amended to date, except amendment No.5) The tender includes 200 units of 200-KVA transformers. Bidders must comply with WAPDA/PEPCO technical specifications and ensure quality workmanship. The site for delivery and inspection is the Regional Store at 132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), valid PEC registration, and submission of bid security/CDR of Rs. 1,200,000/- valid for 150 days issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bid validity period is 120 days from the tender opening date. Conditional tenders or tenders without bid guarantee will not be accepted. Bids should be submitted through E-PADs and manual bids also to the office of the Regional Manager (M&T), GEPCO Gujranwala, 132 KV Grid Station Shaheenabad. The tender submission deadline is 15-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, and the tender opening will be at 11:30 AM on the same day.
