Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of specialized CNC controllers, AC servo spindle drivers, servo axis drivers, AC servo motors, and related accessories. This procurement is critical for enhancing the operational capabilities of POF's manufacturing units located in Wah Cantt, Punjab. Items being procured: - GSK988TA CNC Controller with built-in PLC, CPU, motion-control & communication card GSK Link Bus Bar or equivalent (Qty: 1) - AC Servo Spindle Driver, GSK-GR3300 or equivalent for 37/45KW motor with power supply, electric panel components, controller cables, accessories, and compatible oil cooler unit (Qty: 1) - Servo Axis Driver for X-Axis GSK-GR2100-LAI or equivalent (Qty: 1) - Servo Axis Driver for Z-Axis GSK-GR2100-LA1 or equivalent (Qty: 2) - Servo Axis Driver for Turret and Tail Stock GSK-GR2045-LA1 or equivalent (Qty: 2) - AC Servo Spindle Motor 37/45 KW, 4500 RPM with spindle encoder or equivalent (Qty: 1) - AC Servo Axis Motor for X-Axis, 30/60NM with special battery and free absolute feedback encoder GSK-175SJT or equivalent (Qty: 1) - AC Servo Axis Motor for Z-Axis Overhead Loading/Unloading Gantry GSK-175 SJT 30/60NM or equivalent with special battery & free absolute feedback encoder (Qty: 1) - AC Servo Axis Motor for Turret & Tail Stock GSK-130SJT or equivalent, 6/12NM with special battery & free absolute feedback encoder (Qty: 2) The technical scope includes supply of brand new, OEM sourced equipment from the current year's production. Installation and commissioning are the responsibility of the supplier, who must ensure compatibility and performance as per provided specifications and drawings. Suppliers must provide complete software, operating manuals, electrical and mechanical drawings, and warranty/guarantee certificates. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and ATL, provide proof of NTN, PTC, and sales tax registration, and submit bid security and tender fee as specified. Bidders must have relevant experience supported by documentary proof and submit a Supplier Capability Performa if quoting for the first time. Performance bonds and earnest money conditions apply as per POF regulations. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope method under Open Competitive Bidding as per PPRA Rule 36(b).
