Eligibility criteria include PEC registration, FBR and SRB active status, submission of three completed and three ongoing works with documentary evidence, details of machinery and technical personnel, bank statements showing cash availability of 20% of estimated cost, audited financial reports for last three years by ICAP registered firms, and income tax returns for last three years. Joint ventures are not allowed. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected.
