Re-Construction, Drainage, Water Supply, Public Improvement and Repair Maintenance Works at Cantonment Board Sialkot

Cantonment Board Sialkot invites electronic bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS version 2.0) for various original and repair maintenance works under the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement includes multiple civil and infrastructure projects in Sialkot Cantt area. Items being procured: - Re-Construction of Sabir Kamal Road from Qasim Road to Saeed Shaheed Road - Drainage / Sewerage D-1(c) - Construction of At Askani Colony-1 - Water Supply D-1(d) - Installation of 0.2x Tubewells at Sadar Bazar, Sialkot Cantt - Misc. Public Imp. D-1(f) - Supply / Fixing of LED Lights in Cantt Area - Uplifting of Family Park, incl. 02x Paddle Courts, changing room, toilets, Manager Office, Store room and Coffee Shop etc. at Aziz Shaheed Road, Sialkot Cantt - Annual Repair / Maintenance works of Cantt Fund Buildings - Annual Repair / Maintenance works of Cantt Fund Roads (P.C.C Roads / Premix Roads / Streets in various localities in Cantt Area) - Annual Repair / Maintenance works of Cantt Fund Drains / Sewerage - Repair of drains / culverts / manholes in different localities in Cantt Area - Annual Repair / Maintenance works of Cantt Fund Water Supply (PE PN-10 & GI Pipes, Tubewells etc) - Misc. Public Improvement - Paving / Stones/stuff tiles / foot path and allied works others - Maintenance of street lights Network These works cover road reconstruction, drainage and sewerage improvements, water supply system maintenance including tubewells, public area improvements, LED lighting installation, and park uplifting. The projects are to be executed in Sialkot Cantt with a project time limit of Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant categories and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money at 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS by 16th September 2026 at 02:00 PM. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
