Tender Description
The Punjab Highway Department invites bids from engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories for reconstruction, improvement, and rehabilitation of various roads in Rawalpindi District. The procurement is conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System, requiring digital submission of bids and bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

The works involve civil construction and rehabilitation of roads with specified lengths in various tehsils of Rawalpindi District.
