Reconstruction of Office Block Civil Electrical Plumbing Works

Cadet College Petaro, located in District Jamshoro, Sindh, is procuring comprehensive construction services for the re-construction of its office block. This project encompasses civil, electrical, and plumbing works, including demolition, excavation, reinforced concrete, brick masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, and installation of electrical systems and plumbing fixtures. The technical scope covers excavation in hard rock and ordinary soil, earth filling, lean concrete, reinforcement steel, shuttering, damp proof course, brick work, ceramic tiles, plastering, distemper, weather shield paint, plastic emulsion paint, aluminum windows, iron grills, wooden doors, mortice locks, and GI door frames. Plumbing works include installation of lavatory basins, stop cocks, towel rails, soap trays, concealed pipes, gate valves, manholes, UPVC pipes, and fittings. Electrical works involve wiring, wiring devices, lighting fixtures, distribution boards, cables, cable raceways, communication systems, grounding, bonding, and testing. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration in category C-5 and above with CE-10 & EE-05 disciplines, active FBR registration, and experience in similar projects. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 12 May 2026 at 11:00 AM.
