Reconstruction and Repair Works at 220kV and 500kV Grid Stations in Faisalabad, Lahore, and Other Cities

This tender invites sealed bids for reconstruction, repair, and construction works at multiple 220kV and 500kV grid stations in Lahore, Faisalabad, and other cities. The scope includes boundary walls, roads, offices, security barracks, landscaping, and special repairs under the construction category. The works cover various grid stations including Nishatabad, Jaranwala Road, Kala Shahkaku, Bund Road, and others in Punjab. The contract involves multiple lots such as boundary wall reconstruction, carpeting of roads, construction of offices and security barracks, landscaping, and repair of residential quarters and control rooms. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and registered with tax authorities. Bidding documents are available for purchase and can also be downloaded from the NGCP website. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS online portal by 12 January 2026 at 11:00 am with original bid security submitted in hard copy. The tender is managed by the Deputy Manager (Civil) Asset Management North at NGCP Lahore. The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per public procurement rules.
