Recruitment of Field Consultant and Accounts Assistant on Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) Method

A public sector organization invites applications from eligible, qualified, and suitably experienced professionals for recruitment on Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) method. The positions available are Field Consultant (03 positions) and Accounts Assistant (02 positions), both with an upper age limit of 45 years. Items being procured: - Field Consultant (03 positions) - Accounts Assistant (02 positions) The Field Consultant requires 16 years of education in Agriculture Sciences or Social Sciences, 5 to 10 years of experience in social mobilization of farmers and formation of farmer organizations, ability to work with diverse stakeholders including governmental and non-governmental officials, with preference for candidates experienced in merged districts. The Accounts Assistant requires a master level educational attainment in finance, MBA, ACCA, CA (preferred) or related discipline, minimum 2 years of experience at a similar level managing donor funded projects, familiarity with government financial regulations and IFAD financial management guidelines. The services will initially be for one year but may be extended based on satisfactory performance.
