Procurement of Refrigerant Recovery Unit for Electrical Plant Section Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites qualified suppliers and contractors to participate in the procurement of a Refrigerant Recovery Unit specifically for the Electrical Plant Section of the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station located in Tarbela. This procurement is critical for maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of the hydel power station's electrical systems. Items being procured: - Refrigerant Recovery Unit The scope of this procurement includes the supply and delivery of the Refrigerant Recovery Unit on a Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis. The contract performance period is set for 120 days, ensuring timely delivery and installation. Bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized distributors and must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). This tender requires bidders to submit electronic bids through the EPADS platform (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by the deadline of 11th August 2026 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours at the Officer's Club, River View Colony, Tarbela, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of PKR 95,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Chief Engineer (O&M), Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station, must be submitted and received before the bid closing time.
