Refurbishment Work of ATC Tower Access Floor at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the refurbishment work of the ATC Tower Access Floor at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore. The work will be executed at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, under the supervision of the Divisional Engineer of the Pakistan Airports Authority. The contractor must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 and possess valid FBR registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Bid security of PKR 140,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 10:00 AM on October 2, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals should comply with the detailed bidding documents available on EPADS. The contract includes a 180-day maintenance period post-completion.
