Refurbishment and Upgrade of Quality Control Items (19 items) for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Refurbishment and Upgrade of Quality Control items (19 items) as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website until the last date of collection. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or semi-government organizations if applicable. Attested copies of registration certificates issued by the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Financial credibility must be demonstrated by audit reports of the last 3 financial years and attested bank statements for the last year. Attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade links between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended are required. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations must be provided. A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 18 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
