Rehabilitation of 3KM Link Road from Begu Kaka to Agro Rahu Taluka Saeedabad, District Matiari

The Rural Development Department Government of Sindh invites bids for the rehabilitation of a 3KM link road from Begu Kaka to Agro Rahu in Taluka Saeedabad, District Matiari. Items being procured: - Earth work for road embankment by bulldozers including ploughing, mixing, clod breaking, dressing and compacting with optimum moisture content - Sub-base course with stone metal 1" to 1-1/2" gauge - Brick on end edging with 9"x4.5"x3" first class burnt bricks - Base course with stone metal properly graded to max size 1-1/2" - 2" thick asphalt concrete paving with prime coat - Pavement marking with reflective thermo plastic paint for 6" width lines - Berms earth work embankment in 6" layers - Construction of 3-ft span culverts including excavation, cement concrete, brick work, shuttering, reinforcement fabrication, RCC work, and cement plaster The technical scope covers earthworks, sub-base and base course preparation, asphalt paving, road marking, and culvert construction. The site is located in a rural setting requiring careful material handling and adherence to specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C5 with specialization CE-01 & CE-10, have valid tax registration with active status, and demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience with satisfactory completion certificates. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of pay order or call deposit. The contract duration is 600 days from the date of commencement. Bidders are advised to visit the site and acquire bidding documents from the office of the Executive Engineer Rural Development Department Hyderabad at Old Wahdat Colony near Agriculture Complex. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted at least half an hour before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06.11.2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
