Special Repair and Renovation Works at Gujrat and Gujranwala Stations and Supply of Painting Material to AEN Wazirabad

Pakistan Railways Lahore invites E-bids from valid PEC registered contracting firms with financial category C-6 or above and specialization code CE-10 for Civil Engineering Works and EE-04 for Electrical Works. The procurement involves the following items: - Special Repair to Floor of Waiting Room, Railway Lodge & TCR Office and Renovation of Booking Office & Bathrooms at Gujrat Station on Lahore-Lalamusa Section (Rs 99,91,275/-) - Special Repair/Renovation of Waiting Rooms & Public Toilets at Station Building & Waiting Hall of Railway Station at Gujranwala on Lahore-Lalamusa Section (Rs 83,92,720/-) - Provision of flooring to the parking area of newly constructed 25 New Shops near G.T. Road at Gujranwala station yard on LHR-LLM Section (Rs 35,63,713/-) - Supply of Painting material to AEN Wazirabad (Rs 8,89,569/-) These works cover civil and electrical repairs and renovations at Gujrat and Gujranwala railway stations, including flooring, painting, and public facility improvements. Bidders must be PEC registered with the specified financial and specialization categories and have a valid NTN number on the FBR Active Tax Payer List. Tender documents are available free of cost at http://e.procure.gov.pk and bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Bids must include a scanned copy of Bid Security in the form of CDR issued by Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Pakistan Railways Lahore. Original bid security must be submitted in the tender box at Divisional Engineer-II office, Pakistan Railways, Bogi Road Lahore. The bid submission deadline is 29 October 2026 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives.
