Routine Maintenance Work on M-1/M-2 Interchange to NIIA and Thallian Interchange to NIIA Road Including Loops of Interchanges and Periphery Road

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites experienced and registered contractors to submit e-Bids for the routine maintenance work on the M-1/M-2 Interchange to NIIA road (5.5 KM) and Thallian Interchange to NIIA road (8.6 KM), including loops of interchanges and the periphery road. This project is located in Attock, Punjab, and involves comprehensive maintenance activities to ensure the safety and durability of these critical highway sections. Items being procured: - Routine maintenance work on M-1/M-2 Interchange to NIIA road (5.5 KM) - Routine maintenance work on Thallian Interchange to NIIA road (8.6 KM) - Maintenance of loops of interchanges - Maintenance of periphery road The scope includes all necessary civil works, repairs, and upkeep to maintain the road infrastructure to the required standards. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in category C-5 or above, with specialization in CE-01 and CE-10. Firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents detailing the terms and conditions and procurement method (Single Stage – Two Envelopes) will be available for free download from the official e-bidding website starting October 20, 2026. Technical bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system by November 3, 2026, at 1100 hours, with technical bids opening at 1130 hours the same day. All bidders are advised to register immediately on the e-procurement portal www.eprocure.gov.pk as manual bids will be phased out in future procurements.
