Tender Description
Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System from contractors enlisted or renewed for the current financial year 2026-27 as per Punjab Local Government Works rules 2017 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the year 2026-27 at MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026 from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026 in District Mandi Bahauddin.
The bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of an online receipt from the Bank of Punjab (BOP) in favor of Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin.

- Rehabilitation of Thana Road, Mandi Bahauddin City (Estimated Cost: Rs. 48 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 2,400,000)
- Rehabilitation of Dak Khana Road, Mandi Bahauddin City (Estimated Cost: Rs. 22 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 1,100,000)
- Re-Construction/Widening of Road from Gujrat Sargodha Road to Satsira Ahla Railway Station Road (Estimated Cost: Rs. 77 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 3,850,000)
- Rehabilitation of Katchery Road, Mandi Bahauddin City (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 2,500,000)
- Beautification and Urban Regeneration of DJPS Chowk, Murala Road (Estimated Cost: Rs. 23 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 1,250,000)
The works involve road rehabilitation, reconstruction, widening, and urban beautification within Mandi Bahauddin city. Contractors must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 26-09-2026 at 12:30 PM PST. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM PST in the office of the Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin.
Eligibility requires valid registration documents from PEC, SECP, FBR, PRA, and other relevant authorities.
